You are solely responsible for Your Content, and Biblio will only act as a passive conduit for your online distribution and publication of Your Content via the Website.
Furthermore, you may not list any item on the Website or consummate any transaction that was initiated using Biblio's service that, by paying to Biblio any fee, could cause Biblio to violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation, or that violates the Policies. Notwithstanding subsection i B above, Biblio hereby agrees that nothing herein shall prohibit you from listing items on a web site other than the Website.
